Executive Summary With rapid development of Internet and dramatic increasing of literature information exchanges, of a new mechanism different from traditional academic resource dissemination named open access technology has recently become a hotspot, in which data mining is a main research direction. As a new technology in data mining, support vector mining technology has been successfully applied in many fields. However, traditional support vector model machine has many limitations, such as a large number of uncertainty information in open access resources.
